I just wonder where the Chute went that carried the little cockerels. I don't think they have buyers for all the Layer baby roos, not good for meat and just need a few for the people that order them.......

The roos get gassed and sent to zoos and wildlife rehabilitation centers. Trust me.

Yeah, I was trying to find last night's episode (a new one about a chicken farm?) and came across that one. That show keeps me cracking up. I love watching the outtakes and bloopers

Last night's show was a rerun from last season.

All large hatcheries handle chicks pretty much the same way.

Please do not use this thread to start flaming the hatcheries.

Yeah, I've been to a couple hatcheries and this is pretty standard handling, and as you could see from the video, they had Millions of happy fuzzbutts so they must be doing something right
