Disabling Facebook e-mails??

HOW can i disable e-mails from facebook posts?? My e-mail is getting swamped and its driving me bonkers.

Okay, figured out what it is..its my "groups".... all the posts from my groups are going to my e-mail....why??

YOu know me too well...

So i had most all of it disabled... all but like one button. I clicked that one too..
But...i just figured out its my groups going into my e-mail..not all my other friends posts...
How do i disable that? Click on the group somehow?
