Disappointed, but an Egg is an Egg

That would be great! Maybe both of the cream eggs I got one day are
From my silkie. Maybe one was covered with hay and was a day old? The black copper and blue copper Marans hatched mid April. The splash Maran is younger but from the same guy. She hatched very end of May.

Oh, I'll bet they are too young yet, 20 weeks would be kind of early for Marans....

I'm thinking you still have dark eggs in the future. I think the Marans are too young, it's from the silkie or someone else. My silkies love to hide eggs---I think they're saving them for later

. And since they're not daily layers anyway, I don't really notice when I don't get one for a few days.
