it could have been worse, I have a still air little giant and on day 20 it spiked to 107 overnight and killed my whole hatch... I had 1 pip and quit that's it... I'm on day 20 of my current batch and have been watching the temp like a hawk. glad you got some babies to hatch out for you

Yes it's still air. Today is day 23 and we only had 7 hatch. Still got it on but not expecting any more

Still air should be maintained at 101-102F temps at the tops of the eggs.

Well 7 is better than nothing. Sorry things didn't work out better but u can always try again. Is this the first time you've used that incubator??
I would candle the rest as ur taking them out and watch for movement just to be on the safe side.
