discolored comb/wattle/face, lethargic, no feathers on belly

Have you found an answer to this problem. I have a hen that is going through the same exact thing.

These are common signs of a broody hen. That is a hen whoose body temp has risen and hormones have told her to 'sit', and sit she will.
The most common way to 'break' a brood is to place her in a wire bottom cage, allowing air to flow under the hen. I usually wait until they stop making a 'cluck cluck' call, I have had some take several days.
Another way is to give her fertile eggs (wait 21 days), or day old chicks.
