I can't see any signs of Scaly Leg Mite.

Why are a few scales discolored? They weren’t this way last week.

Yes he is kept with 3 of his siblings and got into a roost squabble last night. He doesn’t like when I touch them. Their also a bit purple off camera - he also has a few very tiny scabs on his other foot.

It is probably bleeding under the scales, and will eventually heal.

I agree, likely getting picked or nicked during roosting the roosting squabbles.
Give it some time and see if the spots slowly fade.
