Discolored skin and meat after resting

We processed our first chicken last night. Approx. 8 mo easter egger roo. I know he likely won't be good meat but he was aggressive so he serves us better as a stock.

Anyway, my question is, after resting in the fridge overnight, his skin and meat is very discolored and splotchy today. Did I do something wrong? Is he still okay to use? I'm attaching pics for reference.

Thanks!

Make a good strong stock with him. Then remove the meat and skin and use the meat in a stew or soup or whatever you like. Just cut up the meat before you begin to cook your meal after making a twelve hour stock.
