I'd take my chances on rewinding to change some history ... if only to allow me to recognize abuse and escape it long before it did permanent, long-term damage. If kids from my childhood had been taught some of the things we teach them today - and if people back then hadn't been so anxious about not getting involved, there would have been one more monster put away where he couldn't have hurt anyone ever again.

No rewind - mistakes/misadventures have made me the person I am today, and I am happy with that. Perhaps a pause because time is moving too rapidly and realistically my 'time remaining' is somewhat limited.
