I Have 6 chickens, different breeds, in small hoop. Gold Wyandotte has diarrhea with blood unexpectedly. May be this is infection? How to cure her?

Put acv in the water. That should help the others. I put a teaspoon per quart for chicks.

How much blood? When some of mine were little once and a while a couple would empty out and have diarrhea that would have a speck of blood. Didn’t turn out to be anything.

Vinegar won't do anything against coccidiosis, or much of anything else. If they drink less because of the taste, that's worse.

Agree, I think it is used some to help with hydration. Correct me if I am wrong. I can't remember for sure what I have read about that.

Pictures will help.

How old are the chickens?
Photos of the poop and the hoop you keep them in, please.

I agree, blood in the poop is generally Coccidiosis. Getting some Corid at your local feed store and starting treatment asap would be a good idea.
Corid comes in powder or liquid form - either one is fine to use.

Dosage is 1 1/2 teaspoons Corid powder or 2 teaspoons of 9.6% Corid liquid per gallon of water. Give for 5-7 days - make sure this is the ONLY water available during that time period. Mix a fresh batch at least once a day. Give no extra vitamins during the treatment period.
