disease - black copper maran

my black copper maran has diaheria (sp) but she is drinking, eating, and socializing with the other chickens. she is 5 months old, and has been in my basement for all her life (so far). she hasn't shown any signs that she is not laying but its hard to tell. I haven't caught her laying or not laying. all other birds are healthy i think. what should i do.

could she have eaten bad food? Something yucky? was she on medicated food for cocci as a chick? can you isolate her?
