Sounds like she's having some reproductive issues.

I'd give her 300mg Calcium Citrate+D3 now, then once daily for a week.
Hopefully she'll expel an egg or some lash material.

When was she last dewormed?

I'll see if I have anything like that that I can give her this morning... haven't been up to see her yet today

I did then all together using flubenvet feed in March.
