Disease or just dirt and scratches?

I anyways notice these marks on some of my chickens. I assume it's just small injuries or dirt at the time. But this time 2 of them have a similar round scab. Maybe I'm just looking to much into this.

Probably form getting pecked, you could spray Vetrycin on it to promote healing.
