So two of my 2 months old naked neck chickens have bent toes (couldn't take a proper picture). We found one to have 2 bent toes in each leg 2 days ago. I wrapped it with stick and bandage thinking it may fall. Today we found another one with slight bent (in the picture). Also it has these dotted spots on the neck. I have 7 months old chickens and I've introduced the youngs couple weeks ago. At the beginning they picked on then, but now i don't see much pecking. Please suggest what should I do? Thanks in advance.

To me that looks like infected feather follicles. You may need to clean each one of those out and see if there's a feather curled up underneath.

The feet, probably a genetic deformity if you have 2 birds with the same issue. At 2 months of age, splinting likely will not correct it.

What do you feed?

Thanks for the reply. I'll clean it tomorrow. I feed them Purina's starter. They also eat the veggies i give to my older flock.

What should i use to clean it up? I guess i cannot do anything if it genetic deformity?!☹ i bought 5 chicks, hope the other 3 do not have it😐

I would start with just one of those spots. Swab it with a little Chlorhexidine or Betadine, take a sterilized needle and tweezers, remove the scab and see what's underneath there - probably pus and a feather, remove the feather and pus, swab it well with your antiseptic, pat dry and dot on triple antibiotic ointment. If one of those is like that, then likely all of them are. You may have to work on a few at time so the bird doesn't over stress. Use your judgement.
