Hey yall,

I posted 2 months ago about a duckling I have with a bent feet. It was a niacin deficiency. One foot went back to normal but the other didn’t. I am just learning that there is a 3D printed duck splint or duck brace that could correct this. Do you think at 2 months old the splint would still help? Here is a picture of him from a month ago so you can see how he’s getting around.

My thought.
First,, I do not have ducks, but still have thought/opinion.
Is it possible to set foot correctly flat, without causing any type of breaking, or pain???
If yes,,, then fashion something using tape to begin with. First wrap leg skin with tissue. Then use Duck tape to make makeshift cast/splint. Reason for the tissue first,,,,,,; To prevent tape sticking/adhering to foot too strong.
This may require help of another person holding Duckie. :hugs

WISHING YOU BEST,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,and:welcome
