Disease w/intestines coming out - Anyone know?

Chicks about 3-6 weeks old, intestines coming out right before death or right after.
Other symptoms are diarrhea caking up below vent, and chicks pecking at it.
I looked up infectious bursal disease and it sounds just like it, but there is no mention of
intestines coming out. I'm thinking the whole gang will get wiped out cause I lose
a couple here and a couple there for the last 2 weeks.

Theres only one thread on all of byc with similar problems. That means this must be REALLY rare.

ON BYC They Said things such as yeast infections,overcrowding. I like your idea better, and would treat for it.
