Diseases form turkeys to chickens?

Could someone give me a list of diseases that transfer from turkeys to chickens and vise versa? The only disease that I know that will transfer to turkeys to chickens is Black head please help!!! I will take all info that I can get!!!!

Turkeys and peafowl can get blackhead (histomoniasis) from chickens, which is why many say not to raise turkey or peafowl on property that chickens have been on.
