May i be helped on how i am going to handle coryza. My Hens have swelling heads and nasal discharge the symptoms of coryza.

If there is a foul odor, it's Coryza. Otherwise it's probably MG.
Treatment for Coryza is an antibiotic such as Tylan or Baytril in combination with a sulfa drug such as Sulfadimethoxine or SMZ-TMP. Treatment for MG is Tylan or Baytril.
Either disease will easily spread through your flock. Cull sick birds or maintain a closed flock.
