Disengaged farmer

Hi Backyard subscribes.
I’m a novice chicken farmer and owner of 5 birds, however their health is not good. One henpecked bird is losing her feathers all the birds have stopped laying . I’m worried and must face the fact that I need to be more engaged with my birds
