Does any one know what the Brinsea disinfectant is made up of?

Brinsea does. Why not call their toll free number and chat with them? That phone number is in the user’s manual in your link.

I asked and they responded. Actually sent me the MsDS as well:
Active Ingredient is : Halogenated Tertiary Amine

I think an Amine is similar to an Amonia...
But you're right. I searched that and only got more confused. I really was just trying to find out if I could make a home equivalent.
Soap and warm water and white vinegar with a thorough rinse and dry should be sufficient.
