Disloacated wing?

Washing them will remove oils, but a one time clean up shouldn't be too bad.

What's your weather like? If it's cold outside, you will want to wash her where it's warm(ish) and dry her very well before she's back outside. A hairdryer can be used to dry the feathers. It takes a while to do, but they seem to like it.

She may just have mud on the outer feathers, so I would get a shallow tub or dish pan, put some warm soapy water in it, stand her up and then proceed to clean those muddy feathers. You may not have to completely soak her, just depends on how much mud there is. She may be agreeable, she may not...just depends on the hen:D

Thank you so much for your help. I think I'll start with that and then re wrap her..again I have no clue if it's a broken wing or dislocated but if it's wrapped it should heal right? This is my first time having to address an injured bird.

Hard to know how well it will heal. When you unwrapped it, did she seem to be able to move it at all or is it just drooping?
Yes she would move it when she would flap to get away but then it would drop down to one side and she would just stand there like she was defeated

Then I would wrap it and see if it heals.
It's possible it's not a break or dislocation, but some type of nerve damage or disease, but if she's bright, eating/drinking and moving about, I would treat as injury and see what happens.

Oh boy... well hopefully my other ones don't come down with whatever she had if it is a disease..

The way her wing feathers look messed up...to me, I would lean very heavily toward injury, but felt the need to put (illness/disease) out there too.

If you read a lot, you can get worked up about a lot of things. For Now, if she were mine, I wouldn't get too worried until there's other signs or symptoms that pop up that would cause me to be more concerned.
