Hello,
I have a pekin duck who seems to have a dislocated joint or something going on. She is heavier but we are trying our best to put them on a diet. When I picked her up and touched it, it felt that it would pop and then pop back out when I let my hand off of it. What do I do?.

I would try a vet if possible. All Pekins are heavy - they are about ten pounds for the females, it's just the way they are and they don't necessarily need a diet. I would do a google search for dislocated joint to see if there's some way to splint it, or post in the emergency forum. You don't want her to be in pain!

We talked to a vet we know and he said it sounded like a deficiency and we started her on stuff for it and she’s getting a whole lot better!

That's terrific! When there's an extreme deficiency the liquid vitamin B complex is the most effective: https://www.amazon.com/Durvet-22522...in+b+complex+liquid+injectable,aps,157&sr=8-1
You give it orally - on treats - at least 1 ml per day. Pekins are notorious for needing extra niacin, so keep up the supplements for a couple months, than you could try adding nutritional yeast on top of her food every day.
