Disoriented hen

My golden lace polish hen has begun to seem disoriented. cant stand or walk straight. vent is not plugged and I don't see any injuries. I just put out scratch and she seems to be eating ok.Someone please help.

How long has this been going on? Did it happen overnight or has it slowly developed? Also, how old is she? I am definitely no expert, but the only thing I can think of is she cannot see because of feathers, but that could not have all of a sudden happened. Does she seem sick and weak, or just a little clumsy/dizzy?
