Disoriented Young Goose!!! Help!!!

I've noticed for the past 24 hrs my 4.5 week old goose is loosing balance, has diarrhea, and even swims like it is drunk. Can anyone help with me, PLEASE

He is getting worse bumy the minute it seems.....

Given the acuity of the symptoms, getting him to an avian vet would be best (if an option). The symptoms you describe could be due to a number of causes, and a vet could give you a diagnosis. If he's been exposed to a virus or bacteria/toxin, professional help would be best.

Have you given any supportive supplements, like Poultry Nutri-Drench? If not, I'd try to get some into him immediately. If he's having diarrhea, dehydration is a risk, so easily accessible clean water should be available.

Thanks for the advice. Im not sure yet of an Avian Vet in my area but I did get to the feed store as soon as they opened and a lady there raises geese, she recommended some stuff. Especially a vitamin and mineral mix to mix into his water. He is still eating so i supported his body while he ate her recommended concoction. He is doing better. Still not yet standing but has better control of his neck and was able to preen himself after eating. While i held him of course. Hes been asleep in my arms of and on for about an hour now.

Very glad to hear that he's doing better! If the cause is a (vitamin) deficiency, he should show improvement with the supplements you're giving him. Were you already giving him a feed specifically formulated for waterfowl or otherwise providing extra niacin?

I actually was not, he has fully recovered! His gullet was full because he didnt gave any grit to grind what he swallowed. That caused an imbalance and in turn a lack of nutrition so it was also vitamin deficiency. I bought a vitamin poultry pak, some non medicated chick feed, and chick grit. This baby looked near death and by the evening after starting him on the vitamin pak and adding some grit he had improved by almost 90%. And we noticed the differnce in size of his little breast.
