Disorinated blue orp hen

I have a 9 month old blue orp hen that has always acted a bit strange,she walks in a strange wattle and she never roost she just lays on the coop floor.yesterday she was acting really strange she walked away from the rest of the flock ,I had to go looking for her I found her in the woods she didn't know where she was.she's eating and drinking and her wattles look normal.what do you think could be wrong with her?

I had one, that tends to leave the flock. There really is nothing you can do about it. Generally the predators will take care of this for you. ugh!
