Displaced air sac in cream legbar egg

This is my first time setting eggs in an incubator. I have 12 and they have been in for four days. I had to drive about an hour and a half to get them, so when I got back I let them sit on the counter for about 6 hours, then put them in the incubator without the turner on for a further 24 hours, before turning the turner on. They are all doing well so far, with veins visible in the vast majority of them. One egg however looks to have a displaced air sac. So I am wondering, has anyone ever monitored them and helped them pip? I have attached a photo below.

Congrats on the eggs!

I've never monitored my eggs really, they are under broody hens. There is a chance you could help, however. Watch the egg during development and be prepared to help the chick get its first breath when it needs it. However, you have to be careful. Breaking the egg open too early can cause a chick to bleed a lot.

I'm hoping that as the air cell grows, it will go partially back to where it should be! The baby is growing right where the air cell should be, so is worrying me a little!

If you set it so that the top points up (such as in an egg carton) so that the airsac may go up.
