Dissecting something I found in an egg

A specific breed (whose name escapes me) of dark green shell layer laid an abnormally large egg 9 days ago. I just boiled it and ate half. The other half contained this small sphere with a reddish outside. It was squishy, but firm, and harder to open than the white albumin surrounding it, and some red from the sphere stuck in the outer white. It has layers of possibly albumin and maybe a little yolk inside. Is this something to worry about? I'm including photos. [I accidentally got some avocado stuff on them, and tried to wash it off. I am also including the shell compared to a brown one.] Thanks for any replies.

This is my thoughts.
An unusually large egg, usually is a double yolker. More than 2 or 3 yolks are possible,, although not frequent.
I think you have a mini egg inside a regular egg. The reddish color, is from the pigment associated with the egg shell. That egg shell may have stayed softer than usual ,,,,, being encapsulated inside the larger egg.
I don't think it is anything to worry about. Besides,, I don't think there is a remedy for this if it becomes more frequent.
