distended abdomen, lethargic, please help!

Eggs with no shell means they need calcium.How often do you worm them?Piperazine is a mild wormer and doesn't treat for all worms.If you can get ivemectin it is much stronger and works on numerous worms.They should be treated weather they have worms or not at least 2 times a year.

Sometimes, egg with no shell means not that they need more calcium but that they may not be processing it well. I have a hen who consistently lays very thin shelled eggs, yet she is always found at the oyster shell hopper like the rest of them. It's an individual thing. Also, in summer, when water needs are high, thin shells are something that can happen. Molt causes some egg issues as well.
