Distinctive stripes and eye markings - what breed is this?

I brought home two "miscellaneous" banty chicks today. The outgoing one has stripes and markings around his eyes and I have absolutely NO idea what breed he is (actually, I'm hoping he's a she but I have a gut feeling he's a roo).

Maybe you know?

that's ok, we all start out new. old english game bird. and he was georgous! i believe either the ameraucauna or araucauna (both hatch chipmunks in addition to chicks) come in a bantam variety. also leghorns do, my browns were chipmunks, two still are..with single combs not roses....and they are siver not brown not sure what they sent me.....back to yours...they have single comb brown leghorns too, google feathersite.com it has loads of great pics as does mypetchicken.com (sorry don't know how to post a link)
