Disturbed setting hen.....advice needed!

I have a bantam who has been broody for ages. We got her 6 fertile buff eggs and she sat happily for 24 hours. She came off then and looked poorly and we found the old coop we had out her in had mites. We treated her and moved the eggs and her to a fish coop and after 24 hours she began sitting again. Do you think there is any chance for the eggs? Thank you! X
