Cooler temps prolong hatching time. I have my incubator and hatcher set at 100.1 degrees and they start hatching on Day 20 and all done at the end of Day 21.

So what is the maximum ° I can put the temperature at? Is it 100? Would it damage them if I change it now?

If that thing has a fan, 100 is appropriate. Incubators without fans are usually recommended to be set at 101. It won't damage them to set it to the correct temperature, no.

99 degrees is fine. Better to be a bit lower than higher when incubating if unsure of actual temp. Plus it leaves a bit of room in case of temperature spike.

If you read the previous posts, her temp was at 96. Thus it needed to be raised.
