Division in the brooder!

Just wanted to ask if it is normal for different breeds to segregate themselves like this? They all usually rest together but when theyre active the black ones always stick together..
 
Yep. We had ours do that. White would stay with the white, black with black and so on. Really funny and mean actually. They still do that in the run and when I let them outside, but not as much.
 
It is so weird: they hatched at same time in same incubator and have been in the same brooder since day 1! Odd that they're sticking with their own kind..

Haha! Oh, one of the cuckoo marans? My current thinking is there might be 3 boys n 2 girls..
