Does anyone know what kind of chicken my pet chicken "Dixie" might be?

Hi everyone! Does anyone know what kind of chicken my pet chicken "Dixie" might be?

Well, 'he' looks like a mix from the little I can see, but need to see the comb and legs as well to get a better idea. I do believe that Dixie is a cockerel though, as those look very much like saddle feathers at the base of the tail... ETA: I could be mistaken, hackle feathers look kinda rounded... Anyways, gorgeous bird!!!

I, too, will be looking forward to more photos - but am leaning cockerel from what looks like male saddle feathering and some nice, dark, glossy patches of color showing through. How old is Dixie?
