DIY Egg basket

I made this basket by bending chicken wire over a bowl and adding a handle easy as 123

Very cute. Is it strong enough to hold many eggs?

Yes I hold up to 11 eggs max just make sure the wire is attached correctly.

I'd go with some baling wire (coat hanger wire is a good substitute) reinforcement around the edge to help it keep it's shape.
