Does anyone have a flock block recipe WITHOUT molasses. My husband hates the smell of molasses when I bake the blocks and he almost vomits. Last time I baked, it took about 4 hours to get the smell out of the house.
I didn’t want to substitute with simple syrup. I don’t know how much sugar a chicken could handle. 😅

Try gelatin. Beef based gelatin is just collagen really. Which is good for them. Mix it nice and strong.
They may just eat it a bit faster is all.

And no baking.

Another idea might be to use a flour/water glue..... aka old fashioned paper machet?
