DIY HUMANE way to Kill Slaughter Chicken (Stun-kill, Gas)

Nope, it give a great flavor to meat adn helps tenderize it. Happening to like blood it doesnt matter to me how much comes out of the chicken

The acid in the milk starts breaking down the tissue (which is what makes it tender) but it also draws out the blood.

Pat, who used a brisk hammer blow to the back of the skull and then bleeding out on three great big turkeys yesterday, and found it to work pretty well
