DIY incubator - recommendations?

I've built a bunch of these using all kind of techniques. But lately my eggs are so dang valuable, I decided to splurge the $50 for an Incu-kit from Incubator Warehouse.

As good as my other systems performed, this unit blows them all away. Not even a 1/10 of a degree swing. It is a terrific product that makes about any cooler as good and probably better than a $140 manual incubator.

Now, if it only holds up for three or four years, I'll be thrilled.
