Any where from 3-5 times a day works. I know a lot of people shoot for every 8 hours.Just make sure it's an odd number so that the eggs aren't always sitting on the same side every night while you sleep. That will leave them on one side for a lot longer than the other while you sleep.
did you mark your eggs with x's and o's on the other side It makes keeping track of who's been turned and who hasn't. Writing on them with a pencil or a sharpie won't hurt them.
