Oh no!! So sorry- any idea what happened?

I decided to open it, there wasn't any defects so I have no idea temp was 100 humidity was 65. The only thing I can think was there was yellow stuff at bottom of shell, could of been infection? I've never hatched eggs before so I don't know if it's normal or not.
