Dizzy 3wk old duckling. HELP!

Shes having a hard time keeping her balance. And cant keep up with the other ducklings . Takes alot of breaks trying catch up with the rest

Def needs niacin Pekins are one of the breeds that need it most. What feed are you using ? Once they already have s problem that needs the big guns liquid b complex.

Yes i suppy niacin with brewers yeast mixes in the food. But she was doing well yesterday. She was lame for a couple days on her foot about 3 weeks ago but got better . Will her being pigeon toed make it more difficult for her as she gets older .

I was using brewers yeast as well but one of my ducklings ended up bow legged. I am now treating with liquid b complex. How much niacin is in your brewers yeast?

That’s definitely not enough niacin.

I have some literature that says Pekins need Niacin at 70 ppm (70 mg per kg of food), whereas most other ducks are okay with 55 ppm.

I would like other have said supplement with liquid B-complex. It should knock out this problem. @Miss Lydia can give you the best place to get it and the dosages.
