DLHOCNT idk what time zone you are in, but a good healthy bedtime would be in around 2 hours, at 9:30. Put your laptop away and get ready for bed!

P.S. My guinea pig is right next to me and he says "g'night!"

I have insomnia, my healthy bedtime is before the sun rises.

I just like having friends. I've been deprived. Whenever my intense need for friends is satisfied I'm sure I'll be able to step away easier

but after being deprived for so long i cant get enough social interaction
