I don't like designer mixes... Maybe an Australian Labradoodle. @TheDawg has opened my mind to that. They have resources. I'd personally either get a poodle , or a lab. Here is a poodle with a fluffy face, they look the same, without the health issues and bad breeding practices

I don't dislike doodles, but they are harder to find a good breeder for, as opposed to a pure bred. They are being bred by not so great people, because they've realized they are popular, so they began mixing the dogs for a extra buck. Lots of problems from *most* doodles. I've met several that where quite the handful.

they are fine from a reputable breeder though, if you want one, Look for Australian Labradoodle, not just labradoodle
 
We- DH has an Elliott. HS puppy, total fun and funny. This is him on the 3rd of July, think he is stoned

He does not eat chickens so he gets to stay.
 
He is a good boy and he makes DH super happy. I am more of a cat, chicken, horse gal myself. Maybe that is why I rehomed the dog lol. Nah, he was a really good boy, used to jump on my scooter with me, was a total pal but then I had a jealous person who pretty much untrained him. He became a bit of a problem after that, not horrible but would not listen, dug in to get his way, killed my chickens probably to get attention. Yep, dog got in my head lol.
