dna testing - what does it tell us

I have several peafowl I would like to sell but do not know how to describe their genetics. If I get dna testing on each of them, will it tell me if it is a spaulding and what percentage of green it has? Will it tell me if it is pied? Will it tell me if it is some other color variation ie., peach, bronze, etc.???

As of now there is no testing that can tell you what colors the birds are split to or whether or not they have any spalding heritage. The only way to know what they're carrying is to check their parents.

... even waiting for them to reproduce themselves will always leave mysteries. Mated with different birds they will give dfférents type of peachicks.
In one season .... it's impossible!
