Air cells tend to come out odd after shipping even when the eggs are fine. I've hatched plenty with weird shaped air cells. I just got 40 eggs today and nearly all have loose air cells. Even if the eggs aren't shaken up much it happens. I'm usually happy with a 50% hatch on shipped eggs.
