Do all pullets squat before they begin to lay?

Hello all!

So I know at least 3 of my RIR pullets (22 weeks 2 days old) are laying now. Several more are squatting, and then there are a couple who aren't squatting yet.

Will all 12 lay soon even if a couple aren't squatting? We're really excited that they've started laying, and hoping all 12 will be joining the three layers soon
