have colored leg's? The three 2 weeker's I have legs seem to be turning a dk green/ grey color.. Interesting..

Hi. My Americaunas have dark green legs.
I have hundreds of pix but none of their feet! This was the best I could find and the legs look lighter in this picture than they actually are. He is about 8 weeks old here. His name is owly koobehdo,

Thank you! I have one that looks like an owl and my kids want to name her owl lol but I know she will loose that look when she feathers out.. Ive seen a few post about easter eggers having greenish legs too so I was wondering.

I am not sure when "feathering out" happens, and I have been surprised by the changes in some of my Americaunas in this past month (their 3rd). But owly koobehdo still looks has the owl look. I will try to post a picture tomorrow.
So when does feathering out end?

I really dont no, mine is only 2 weeks old so she has alot of growing to do.. these are my first chickens Ive owned, so this is all new to me.

My Amauracana is 6 weeks and almost completely feathered out.
