Do Blue Swedish Drakes Have Drake Feathers

Hi well I'm not sure what all you know about ducks. But I know that to determine a ducks gender you look at the tail feathers. If it is a true male (drake) then the tail feathers are going to be curly looking. If it is a female then the tail feathers are going to be straight looking. I've also noticed with my own pekins that the female is a little smaller and the beak color is duller than a males. My male pekins is bright orange/yellow, while my females is a dull yellow. My blue swedish I had was male, he had curly feathers and i noticed he had a green tent to his head. I hope this is a help to your confushion.

I had two blue Swedish ducks one had a very green Bill and got Drake feathers early. Now the one I thought was a girl because her bill is slate gray blue. I’m noticing tailfeathers curving on her.
Now I don’t know what to do.
I really just wanted two female ducks

I am having a similar experience! Mine look male yet don’t have drake feathers but their beaks are also different colours, one blue grey and one green!
