Do Broody hens teach other hens to go broody?

I have a hen that I want to go broody she's not laying but every day she pretends to lay an egg and gets the whole flock clucking. I am also going to get 1 or 2 Broody hns aswell. and I was wondering if by any chance would they teach the other hen to go broody?

No. It’s all hormones. Not something that can be made or taught, unfortunately.

Some hens and some breeds don't really go broody eaither.

Also just be aware that just because a hen broody for someone doesn't mean it will brood for you. Changes in environments can turn that switch off
