If so, mine may have just gone broody. She's been sitting in the same spot all morning, and is doing the puff squawk when I put my hand near her. Normally she is kinda flighty when I get near her and she's sitting and laying. So keeping my fingers crossed. I currently have 2 australorps about 1/2 through incubating. I guess I'll know for sure tonight.

Ok, I'm fairly certain she is. I wanted to get her and put her in the broody pen, but when I go to pick her up she gets up and takes off, so different from my austrolorps who let me pick them up daily while brooding. So I put 6 mixed eggs from my flock under her. I love watching broodies spread out and try to cover the eggs, and then tuck them under with their beaks. So 21 days on her and 11 days on my other 2 broodies.
