Yeah my run is predator proof but there’s a super tiny whole on the sideThere is no need for the water in the coop.
I wouldn’t leave the door cracked.
I keep my coop “people” door closed but the coop “chicken” door that leads To the run is open all the time but my run is predator proof.
If you block the hole, it will be predator proof. And leaving the chicken door open I to the run is completely up to you! If you will worry about a mink getting in, you wouldn’t want to leave the door open.
