Do chickens drool?

I went in to close up the coop last night and watched one of our girls drool. It made me nervous...
So, do chickens drool?

Sometimes they do when you pick them up and they just had a drink--but that's also a sign over over-heated. So, I would move that one to a cool spot with water and feed for a bit just to monitor.
